1Who We Are

Omnia Devices is a trading name of Omnia Global Enterprises Ltd, registered in Nigeria. We sell mobile devices to customers in the United Kingdom and other countries. All products are shipped directly from our facility in Nigeria.

3Order Process

• All orders are placed via our official website or authorised sales representatives.

• Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details.

• Orders are not binding until we accept them and confirm dispatch.

4Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include international shipping but exclude UK customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit card, or secure payment platform).

5Shipping and Delivery

• Devices are shipped from Nigeria within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery to the UK typically takes 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.

• Delays due to customs or courier services are outside our control.

6Customs and Import Duties

• UK customers are responsible for paying any import VAT, duties, or customs charges required by HMRC upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

7Returns and Refunds

• You may return a device within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@omniadevices.com with your order number.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

8Warranty

• All devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.

• Devices must be returned to our Nigeria facility for assessment and repair/replacement.

9Data Protection

• We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfil your order and communicate with you.

• Your data is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except for delivery and payment processing purposes.

• By placing an order, you consent to us processing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10Limitation of Liability

• Omnia Devices is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, defects, or misuse of the device.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the device purchased.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but the seller is a Nigerian company. Disputes may be subject to resolution under either English or Nigerian jurisdiction depending on the issue.
